Amy believes that the real yoga happens when you roll up your mat and walk outside the studio. Her goal is to connect with her students on a personal level to help them quiet their mind, focus on their alignment and stay present.
By making class fun and challenging, she inspires a deeper mind/body connection, opening mental blocks and alleviating stress. Her motivation is that all her fellow yogis be the best version of themselves. Since completing her 200 RYT training with Jimmy Barkan from the Barkan Method, she has been helping others to let go of negativity and open their hearts to their own inner strength.
